Kelvie Cleverdon is a native of West Texas and has been a Realtor for over five years. In her first year in the Real Estate business she earned the Rookie of the Year Award.This was in large part due to her educating herself in the latest and most innovative Real Estate practices and her great enthusiasm for helping others. Kelvie has over $10,000,000 in sales!
Kelvie absolutely loves working with buyers and sellers. She really enjoys helping her clients through the whole process, and has been described by past clients as "a real Go-Getter" and "the best Realtor ever!" For Sellers who want an agent to aggressively market their property, she's the one! Kelvie uses the latest in Internet marketing with multiple websites, her own Virtual Tours, e-flyers, Facebook and YouTube to name only a few! as well as the old-school marketing techniques (newspaper, flyers, postcards, phone calls,etc.)
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas in Austin in 1977. Kelvie then earned her Masters' in Business Administration in Finance, Insurance and Real Estate in 1983. She continues to educate herself to best serve her clients.
Kelvie & her husband Tim Cleverdon are members of the First Presbyterian Church. Kelvie is a past deacon and a current elder there. They are both members of the Community Bible Study with Kelvie having served 5 years as a core leader.
Kelvie's hobbies include piano, cooking, hunting, fishing, skiing, reading and antiquing.
